Terms of Service (TOS)
In order to take care of my health I changed my commission service system to a new one with limited slots.
I can not offer an open monthly list anymore, so I'll make an announcement in my SNS when I open slots for commissions.
Please, read carefully the following terms of service, and thank you for your understanding ~ ♥
HOW TO ORDER?
All the commission slots will be available through my KO-FI page or email.
Commission procedure:★ The exchange will be through mail . If you have another preferred way of contacting (as SNS profile), please let me know.★Describe your character in detail and attach clear references if you have any.
Upon purchasing a commission you are agreeing to the TOS★ I'll send confirmation email with the estimate time of completion the commission.

I do digital and traditional media works (ink, watercolor and copic markers)
You can send me the references or image samples of your character or concept by mail. Be as specific you want.
I DO NOT take works imitating / tracing any other artist’s style.
The estimate time to finish the work would depend on the complexity of the commission.
I’ll send you updates of the progress during: rough sketch and concept process , lineart process, base color process, coloring progression.
Major changes would be done during the sketch and lineart process. Be sure to ask for all the changes in the concept and design during the sketch phase, once I start with colors, I will not realize further chanand” SAMPLEe samples will be sent with watermark and ”SAMPLE” word over it.
Once the work is finished, I’ll send you the Final version in high resolution in JPEG format, but I can send you in PDF, TIFF or PNG if you want.
IMPORTANT NOTE
I SUFFER FROM DIAGNOSED ANXIETY AND DEPPRESION and ADHD, SO THE PROCESS TIMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO MY HEALTH STATE.SOMETIMES I HAVE ANXIETY CRISIS OR MENTAL BREAKDOWNS SO I NEED TO TAKE THINGS SLOWLY UNTIL I RECOVER, WHICH INFLUENCES THE PROGRESSION OF MY WORK.I’LL TRY TO KEEP YOU UPDATED WHEN THAT HAPPENS, BUT PLEASE, UNDERSTAND THE FACT THAT MY CREATIVE PROCESS DEPENDS ON MY ENERGY ,HEALTH AND MENTAL STATE. IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO WAIT IF THAT HAPPENS, THEN I’M NOT THE ARTIST YOU’RE LOOKING FOR.Please, be patient and understand that it’s extremely difficult to me working at my 100% during a crisis. I’ll absolutely finish your commission when I recover from it, thanks for understanding.
CONDITIONS
All the commissions are ONLY FOR PERSONAL USE. If you want something for commercial use,please tell me by mail and we can talk about it in detail and get a quote.
You can share the artwork on your personal pages, but don’t forget credit me as the artist please.
All rights rerserved for all the commission works. I keep the right to publish them in my blog, portfolio and my galleries and social networks ( Twitter, Instagram,Pixiv,Facebok fanpage,etc).
However,if your don’t want your commission to be published in my pages for an especific reason feel free to tell me and we can talk about it.
I do not delete my signature in my works, but you’ll recieve the final art without watermark
PAYMENT
Prices are in Euros ( € ) , use the currency conversor for estimating the price in your currency or ask me first.
I’ll get paid before starting the commission.
I can accept layaway for commissions over 50€ if you need it, but i’ll charge the 50% of the amount before starting and the remaning 50% within the agreed deadlines.The work would be sent once I get the full amount.
I DO NOT refund the money if you change your mind and decide to drop the commission midway or finished. Commissions take time and a lot of effort, so please, make sure you really want it and take that in mind before ordering.
